Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is funded internally by TSTC through local revenue bonds as part of the 2010 2020 Master Plan. The intention is to upgrade the facilities for programs that share common laboratory requirements in order to provide improved instructional opportunities and enhanced resource utilization. Completion of the project is expected to involve different phases of construction since the building is in use and cannot be taken out of service in its entirety. The estimated Total Project Cost (TPC) for this project is $1,993,000. The scope of work for the selected respondent will include: 1) Interior renovation work in the building according to plans and specifications. 2) Relocation of roof-top HVAC units to a mechanical room within the building envelope. 3) Completion of all site, utility, structural, and architectural improvements required to construct the project.
