Specifications include, but are not limited to: Technical Requirements - * The system must be web-based and fully hosted by the Offeror. * The System must be designed with a high degree of availability to minimize uninterrupted service. Vendor must provide and commit to a minimum percentage of system availability, specifying acceptable downtime limits within a defined period. (e.g., 99.99% uptime). * Data entry by end users should continuously and automatically save progress in the event of internet or other disruption. * The system should allow for updates of student, staff, and school information at least weekly. The preferred integration methods are to use K12 data integration standards (One Roster 1.2 and/or ClassLink Roster Server) for pulling rostering data directly from the district Student Information System (Infinite Campus). The solution should not rely on Campus Data Extract Utility. * The vendor must provide detailed technical requirements for required supplemental files in addition to the roster data integration. Custom data integration requirements will require a review of the technical resources needed to develop and support these processes. * The system should allow for the inclusion of extensive student demographics * The system transmits, backups, and stores data securely. * The system will destroy sensitive data at the end of its useful life (i.e. end of contract or end of school year). * The system must be fully compatible and functional on Microsoft's Edge browser and if PC client based, must operate on Windows 10 version 22H2 or later. * The system allows role-based access and security, a tiered based system that allocates permissions/user accounts based on job description or locations (schools or partners for example)The system access is easily compatible with LDAP or Azure SSO for staff. * The system should allow for export of data in an efficient, effective, user-friendly for analysis as well as in the form of roster data for use in downstream applications, including use of custom fields added to the UI, custom reports to be created or exported, and/or custom logic for custom fields.
