Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking up to three (3) Contractors to provide Tutoring in ELA and/or math for Students in kindergarten through grade eight (8) and a digital platform to host all required tutoring components. The State is seeking Contractors who can provide virtual 1:1 tutoring for students hosted on a platform and/or a digital platform that provides computer-directed tutoring (where a computer walks students through tutoring lesson). Priority will be given to applicants that meet all requirements of this RFA and can provide virtual 1:1 tutoring. However, if there are insufficient 1:1 tutoring proposals, the State will review and consider awarding contracts to applicants meeting all requirements of this RFA that provide hybrid or computerdirected tutoring, with preference to hybrid over only computer led. The State is seeking to award at least one contract for tutoring in ELA, at least one contract for tutoring in math, or multiple contracts that provide tutoring in both ELA and math. The State at its sole discretion may award a variation of the subjects and grade levels.
