Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Glendale intends to select a firm for the design-construction of a new parking structure that will house approximately 3,864 vehicles. This project will include all site clearing, demolition and site development including landscaping. This contract will include all architectural, engineering and construction services required to complete the project. The new Parking Structure is being constructed to augment the existing parking capacity of the Black Lot and replace surface parking spaces that will be displaced by this construction project, with an amount of surface spaces equal to or greater, located within the ground level. The design of this parking structure is expected to be closely coordinated with the with the security enhancements scheduled for the Black Lot as the projects must be directly integrated to the Glendale Real Time Crime Center as part of this project’s site development.
