Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected partner should be able to provide large interactive Touch and Non-Touch displays for use in classrooms and other district areas as needed with the majority of the IFP’s being 75inch touch. The district anticipates replacing interactive flat panels and non-interactive flat panels in at least 72 schools over 12 – 18 months. The selected partner should have experience of working with similar project timelines. Buildings vary in construction from plaster to concrete block to sheetrock. Each area has varying ceiling heights from 8 Ft. to 14 ft. GENERAL PERFORMANCE TASKS: The general scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following minimum specifications and performance requirements, as well as all of the terms and conditions stated herein. The Supplier will provide, deliver, and install the items proposed. The Supplier warrants that all materials supplied hereunder will be new and in current production. • Supply and deliver items as specified on the TPS Purchase Order. Substitutions shall not be allowed without prior approval from the original requestor through the Purchasing Department and authorized by a change order. • Training - Vendor is to provide training for district staff including teachers, site techs, IT groups and any other group or team member the district deems. District reserves the right to tailor the training plan to fit district needs. • Accept all orders without restriction as to minimum dollar value or quantity. If minimum orders are required to include freight, the Supplier must state the minimum value of the order. • Installation standards are detailed in Exhibit II Detailed Installation Specifications and are to be strictly adhered to at all sites. Any inconsistencies identified by the quality control review must be immediately and thoroughly remedied to comply with Exhibit II. TPS will issue any revisions to the standards in writing and negotiate cost implications appropriately. • The offeror must be able and willing to work after school hours/non-normal working hours. Including but not limited to Holidays and or Government holidays. • Offeror may not hire a third-party contactor. • The offeror must remove all trash from site. Trash dumpsters on TPS sites will NOT be available or allowed to be placed.
