Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task #1: Cer�ficate of Survey; �tle informa�on to be provided by City • Conduct on-site inspection to locate any existing lot monuments • Complete 811 utility locate call; document necessary information • Prepare certificate of survey in electronic files .dwg and .pdf, including the following at minimum: o Parcel boundaries and lot corners o Existing structures and dimensions o Existing easements o Visible property encroachments o Location of utility lines and structures o Any fencelines, driveways, sidewalks o Adjacent right of way Task #2: Topographic Survey and Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control Plan • On-site meeting required prior to preparation of plans • Document existing site elevations • Existing structures on site are to be demolished under a separate contract. Prepare grading, drainage and erosion control plan for site restoration following demolition per direction of the Parks, Arts & Recreation Director. At minimum, the plans should anticipate and include: o Removal of all existing structures and fill of sub-grade areas o Removal of existing driveway and use of subgrade materials as fill o Fill estimate following sub-grade structure and driveway removals o Maintenance of existing concrete driveway apron o Overall site grading, including elevations to address current drainage issues and site conditions following removals; consider proximity of adjacent structures in planning o Provide tree protection and erosion control limits on plan o Contour intervals at 1’
