Slate functionality the University is currently using or may use during the term of the resulting contract include but are not limited to: • Prospecting • Recruitment • Event and appointment management • Application management (submissions, reviews, decisions, financial aid) • CRM configuration and administration (security & data management/access control, records management) • Marketing and communications • Querying, reporting, and dashboards • Automations, imports/exports, integrations • Historical data migration The services we may request include consulting, best practices, design, implementation, development, project management, change management, training, support, or other related services. Lot 1 proposers should have expertise in as many categories as possible from the above bulleted list. Lot 2: Slate Student Success Consulting Functional and technical consulting services to support the University’s use and migration to Technolutions Slate Student Success solution. Slate functionality the University is currently using or may use during the term of the resulting contract include but are not limited to: • Orientation • Onboarding • Caseload management • Academic advising • Career services • Degree planning • Guided pathways • Appointments and events • Marketing and communications • Querying, reporting, and dashboards • Automations, imports/exports, integrations • Historical data migration The services we may request include consulting, best practices, design, implementation, development, project management, change management, training, support, or other related services.
