Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor’s scope of work consists of the following: A. Accept as much as 1,000 Tons of organics each year, up to 200 Tons per month B. Provide enough room for SWS tractor trucks to maneuver when disposing material C. Process material for crea�ng compost, livestock feed, or other use of the component of the food web D. Allowable and non-allowable items include: a. Allowable: fruit and vegetable scraps, garden scraps, coffee grounds (including paper filters), tea bags, shredded cardboard, yard debris (grass, leaves, garden debris, twigs, weed), animal waste or manure b. Non-Allowable: fish, meat, poultry, dairy, cooked food or bones, dirt, rocks, paper, glass, or any other inorganic materials. E. Meet all purchasing requirements including establishing as a vendor for the Municipality.
