Students served by the voucher program face inequities based upon their identities. The STATE is committed to advancing equity by eliminating disparities based on race, ethnicity, age, abilities, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and intersecting identities for people served by the voucher program. The selected Responder shall center the voucher program on addressing inequities. b. Provide effective, holistic support to students to enroll and stay in post-secondary education. 1. The selected Responder shall deliver vouchers and support students using a trauma-informed lens to help resolves issues that interfere with school attendance and progress. c. Increase number of students who use their entire voucher. 1. The selected Responder shall support student use of vouchers during the award year and ensure students have a plan to use their vouchers. d. Increase awareness of the voucher program among eligible current and former foster care youth. 1.
