Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Pre-Demolition meeting on site required. • Hazardous Materials Survey has been completed and is attached as Exhibit “B”. All removals and remediation on the site must be in conformance with state law. • Consideration of the location of the shed relative to property line and adjacent structure is critical in structure demolition and maintenance of existing drainage patterns. Certificate of survey to be provided. • Contractor to protect existing tree cover, minimizing damage and avoiding any loss. Install tree protection fencing around oak trees; see attached Exhibit “D”. • Copy of the completed Hazardous material disposal manifest is required to be submitted to the City. • Contractor to remove existing driveway and rough grade to maintain drainage. Remove bituminous pavement from street concrete driveway apron to the north side of the structure. Contractor should use sub-grade driveway material and utilize as fill for structure removal area. Additional fill may be required. Grading and erosion control plan to be provided by City.
