Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is seeking a competent contractor to evaluate the requirements for and to purchase and install a building main power surge protection system at the Juneau Pioneer Home, in Juneau, Alaska. Deliverables: Evaluate the existing power system, size, and provide an uninterruptable power supply capable of taking the full building power requirement. Provide and supply all labor, material, logistics, and equipment required to evaluate, purchase, and install a Surge Protection system at the Juneau Pioneer Home located in Juneau Alaska. Alternate: Provide Multiple Surge Protection for separate panels in the appropriate size. Services may include but not be limited to: 1. Site visit(s) required with PM and Customer, to perform the evaluation. 2. Evaluaiton of the existing main and sub power system 3. Provide Project plans and specifications as required for permitting 4. Provide Project Schedule 5. All relevant permits and documentary requirements 6. O&M documentation and warranty information as appropriate. The Period of performance will be 90 days after NTP has been issued.
