Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The CONCESSIONAIRE will be required to purchase, supply, or otherwise obtain use of all equipment, including the MFE, necessary for the operation of this concession. 2. Each location will be allowed one (1) MFE with the exception of Goddard Memorial State Park which will be allowed two (2) MFEs with one MFE to be located at the beach area. The second MFE will positioned at mutually agreed upon location within the park. 3. The CONCESSIONAIRE will provide the Division with a valid and current MFE registration from the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation for each MFE used at the park. The CONCESSIONAIRE will provide renewed MFE registrations as needed over the course of the contract period. 4. The exact sites for the MFE locations at each park will be determined through mutual agreement between the DIVISION and the CONCESSIONAIRE. Any changes to the locations must be approved by the DIVISION, and confirmed in writing, prior to the change. 5. The MFE must be self-contained, not requiring on-site electric or water. 6. Storage space is not available at any park location. The CONCESSIONAIRE will be responsible for, at its sole cost and expense, obtaining any storage space outside of the park location required for the operation of the concession. 7. No items will be placed upon any public space, including the ground adjacent to the concession location, other than the required trash receptacle and allowed signage, without the DIVISION’s prior written approval. 8. The MFE may not remain overnight at any park locations.
