Specifications include, but are not limited to: he scope of Package 3 includes: 1. Modifications to the Settled Sewage Pump Station and new Electrical Building to pump from the Primary Clarifiers to the new BNR Structure. 2. Construct a new BNR Structure including facilities for a hydrocyclone sludge wasting process and compressors for basin mixing. 3. Construct a new BNR Building including blowers and electrical improvements. 4. Modify the existing Aeration Basins and the associated three RAS Pump Stations and Aeration Basin Blower Buildings. 5. Prepare the Trickling Filters and associated piping for abandonment. 6. Construct the UV Disinfection Improvements to add a bypass channel, new banks of UV equipment, and improve hydraulic capacity and flood resiliency by raising the existing equipment. 7. Construct upgrades to the Non-Potable Water (3W) System to re-route piping and add an automatic backwashing strainer and a hydro-pneumatic tank. 8. Finally, modify the Administration Building to upgrade a laboratory space and the control room. 9. Perform miscellaneous SCADA, controls, electrical and site works improvements for construction of a complete project. 10.Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
