Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.2. Lighting Equipment and Services. 2.1.2.1. Rental of lighting equipment for stages ranging in width from 8-feet to 60- feet; 2.1.2.2. Rental of lighting equipment for general area lighting of outdoor spaces ranging in size from 20x20 to 500x500 feet; 2.1.2.3. Rental of lighting equipment for general ambiance lighting; 2.1.2.4. Equipment delivery, installation, operation, clean-up, and removal services; 2.1.3. Staging. 2.1.3.1. Rental of staging equipment; 2.1.3.2. Delivery, installation, operation, clean-up, and removal services for all staging equipment; 2.1.3.3. Staffing with necessary knowledge and experience to construct and install staging; 2.1.5. Commencement and Convocation Ceremonies. The successful Proposer would be expected to provide sound, lighting, video, staging, and event planning services for the following University events on an annual basis (additional ceremonies may be added from time to time): 2.1.5.1. Main Campus Commencement (Lawns); 2.1.5.2. Matthew Knight Arena Commencement; 2.1.5.3. Autzen Commencement;
