Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide secure website using encryption and authentication standards to protect the confidentiality of web transactions. The website should incorporate a mechanism for detecting any alterations in transit so that eavesdropping on or tampering with web traffic is impossible. This is essential for the safe transmission of confidential personal information. The website should be user friendly and efficient in the ordering of criminal background checks and receiving detailed reports by designated College representatives. 2. All of the College’s data must be stored and backed-up within the continental United States of America. In no event shall the College’s data be accessed, transferred, or stored outside of the USA. 3. The online service solution must be an off-the-shelf (pre-programmed); generally available (i.e., not in beta or test) and currently in production and in use in or accessed by a client environment as proposed. Prototypes or items in test production and not formally announced for market availability shall not be accepted. All equipment, products, and supplies offered in the proposal must be new, of current production, and available for marketing by the manufacturer. 4. The solution must be compatible with current common browsers and maintain compatibility to newer versions of these browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari. 5. There must be an established integration with PageUp HRIS for new employees to have ease in accessing and completing onboarding. The service provider’s online service solution must include a mechanism to interface with other software such as, but not limited to, the College’s applicant tracking system (ATS) to automate and streamline the College’s onboarding process. 6. The solution must provide system security parameters that allow separation of roles and responsibilities for individuals and groups. This may also be integrated into Active Directory (AD) to allow only members of certain groups to Read, Write, Edit, Delete (or other functionality) within the tool. 7. The solution must have the ability to store and transmit data in a secure fashion and meet HIPPA compliance regulations for electronic medical information files/documents. The College department(s) considers all data transmitted to and from the screening service provider to be confidential. Such information shall be encrypted during transmission between the departments and the selected provider. 8. The Contractor shall maintain the website throughout the term of this purchase order and ensure that the website is available during normal College working hours. These hours are 7:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. 9. The online service solution should be intuitive and easy to use by novice computer users. 10. The solution must have the ability to integrate with Single Sign-On (SSO) such as CAS, Shibboleth, AD.
