Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work consists of designing, manufacturing, supplying, constructing, installing, testing, and making operational the Dos Rios Light Rail Station Project as shown in the Contract Documents. The work includes, but is not limited to: all earthwork; trackwork;, grade crossing panels; street construction; parking lot modifications; drainage and utilities; associated site work; retaining walls; station platform; site furniture; passenger information systems; static signs; planting; tree removal; irrigation; irrigation modification; electrical and lighting; protection of existing shrubs and trees; overhead contact system; underground system ductbanks; traction power substation site work and cable system; wayside signaling and grade crossing warning systems; traffic signal preemption; train-to-wayside (TWC) system; fiber optic backbone and laterals; communication system; foundation work; dust control, noise control, fencing, signage and striping, and paving required to complete the work
