Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will require the removal and replacement of 3 separate sections of driveway for a total of 16,000 +/- sq ft of 6” thick concrete. To include haul off of removed concrete, site grading and cleanup of site debris. The west driveway entrance from 10th street shall be lowered a minimum of 4” to decrease angle of approach. A second area to be bid separate is the addition of new concrete area of 6000 +/- sq ft adjacent to the burn building at the same above address and will need to include preparatory site dirt work. Both areas shall include a liquid waterproofing to be applied to the entire new concrete pour to help prevent salt, brine and environmental conditions from adversely affecting the concrete. Relief saw cuts (1/4” wide) shall match existing driveway cuts and shall be no more than 12’ apart with joint sealant applied to saw cuts and joints.
