Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will use the USBE domain of Turnaround Leadership as a framework of a change leadership coaching model. This coaching model must be focused on developing leadership capacity to lead, manage, and assess continuous improvement by focusing on the following areas: 1. Data-Informed Teaching and Leadership 2. Collaborative Teams with a Focus on Efficacy 3. High Leverage Strategies for Instruction 4. “Fearless Assessment”: Meaningful Assessments as the Heart of Feedback and Instruction 5. “Fearless Schools:” Building and Sustaining Trust and Resilience for learning 6. Effective Use of Time and Schedules 7. Engagement Strategies for Equity: Connecting with Achieving Equity and Excellence 8. High Quality Student Data and Effective Analysis The coaching model should include a two-day Summit (March 2024) where school and LEA teams of 5-7 (administrators and teacher leaders) attend where the contractor will present foundational information, research, and evidence-based practices in each of the eight areas.
