Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.The Contractor shall provide two (2) new Digital Scanner Systems, consisting of the Bookeye 5V1A-C35 and the Book eye 5 V1A Professional, or agency approved alternate, with final approval from the Agency. B.The Contractor shall provide the following requirements at no additional cost to the Agency, toinclude, but not limited to:1.On-site installation of the two (2) new Digital Scanner Systems.2.A one (1) time, on-site training on the two (2) new Digital Scanner Systems. Dates and times foron-site training will be agreed upon by the Agency and Contractor.3.All software applications needed to operate the two (2) new Digital Scanner Systems.4.All future upgrades to the software over the service life of the two (2) new Digital ScannerSystems.5.Warranty and maintenance to cover all parts and labor with on-site repairs for five (5) years fromdate of delivery
