Specifications include, but are not limited to: n the fall of 2022, the USBE entered into a five-year contract with WestEd to provide licenses for the Four Domains (FD) Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership for Learning (CALL) – a feedback and reporting system to all schools in the state of Utah. In addition, and as a part of the continuous improvement process, the FD CALL is required for schools designated as Elevate, Springboard and Comprehensive Support Improvement (CSI). Also included in the present contract with is the LEA version of FD CALL also available at no cost to Utah LEAs and Charter organization. In both instances, the FD CALL is designed for use multiple times. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
