Specifications include, but are not limited to: HVAC Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repair Service Contract for the Tahlequah Child Care and Development offices and Tahlequah Child Development Center, Toy Room, and Maintenance Shop located at 16947 Cherokee Street, Tahlequah, OK, 74464. Preventive Maintenance service will include a standard preventative maintenance inspection for each type of equipment on a tri-annual schedule in November, March, and July, including but not limited to freon level, filter changes, belts, fans motors, compressors, electrical connections, cleaning of coils, and mechanical adjustments as required. Must use MERV-13 filters, pleated and good for 90 days or more at all sites. Inspect all aspects of the HVAC units and exhaust fans and ensure that ductwork works adequately. Techs must call and sign in/out at all locations before showing up. Major repairs over $1,000.00 noted during the preventive maintenance inspection require an advance written quote submitted for approval before purchasing parts or making repairs. Emergency service call bids will show labor, mileage, and associated fees. Must be able to respond within 24 hours for emergency calls for the center to maintain Oklahoma D.H.S. and Cherokee Nation Child Care Licensing regulations. Sites and equipment to be serviced are subject to change based on repairs and replacement.
