Specifications include, but are not limited to: * Tutor-directed Instructional Services * Academic content tutoring in the following grade bands and subjects: * Elementary—1st-5th grade English Language Arts at a ratio of no more than 3 students per tutor * Middle School—6th-8th Grade English Language Arts at a ratio of no more than 4 students per tutor * Tutors must use MNPS-provided curricula for 1st-8th grade English Language Arts tutoring. * Tutors must complete MNPS-provided Accelerating Scholars training. * Delivery Service Model for Tutoring * Tutoring services must be offered in-person during a structured after-school program that may take place at an MNPS school site through an existing partnership or at an alternate location. * Tutoring services must use MNPS' provided, web-based tutoring platform, GoSchoolBox, to track student attendance at tutoring sessions. Contractor Responsibilities: The Contractor shall provide the following tutor-directed services for eligible/identified students in participating traditional public schools with focus on 1st-8th grade literacy, 4th-9th grade math and additional high school English Language Arts and Mathematics courses. * Tutor-Directed Instructional Services ods and Services RFP * Provide high-impact tutoring services in English Language Arts to identified students in Metro Nashville Public Schools using the provided or pre-approved curricula and virtual tutoring platform. * Maintain required tutoring dosage of a minimum of 90 minutes per week, broken out into two 45-minute or three 30-minute tutoring sessions per week. * Maintain required ratios of no more than 3 students per tutor in grades 1-5 and no more than 4 students per tutor in grades 6-8. * Meet with district representatives for consultation and planning of the program in accordance MNPS high-impact tutoring model and State/Federal grant guidelines. * Tutoring sessions may be observed at any time by school administrators or MNPS Central Office. * Other Contractor Responsibilities: * Assist in the collection of needed documents and/ or information from participating schools as determined by MNPS Liaison. * Maintain an inventory of curriculum supplies in accordance with MNPS policy and procedures.
