Specifications include, but are not limited to: To assess the need for new medical cannabis production and distribution licenses, the State of Utah is looking to sponsor a third-party analysis of the supply and demand of medical cannabis products in the state. This analysis will be expected to assess the patient demand for medical cannabis products quantitatively and whether the current supply produced by Utah cannabis cultivators and processors and sold at pharmacies is able to meet that demand adequately. The analysis should assess the relationship between the supply and demand of products through the different geographic regions of the state and ensure that patients have access to an adequate supply, quality, and variety of medical cannabis products
