Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACT 2021-01 (CDBG): The base bid consists of the open cut replacement of approximately 739 LF of 8-inch & 10-inch gravity sewer, six (6) 4-foot Diameter Manholes, 300 GPM lift station, 2,150 LF of 6-inch PVC force main, service laterals, appurtenances, and incidental work. Also, to be considered in the contract is one (1) additive alternate for additional installation of approximately 1,405 LF of cured-in-place pipe of 8-inch gravity sewer, manhole rehab, service laterals, appurtenances, & incidental work. CONTRACT 2021-02 (ARPA): The base bid consists of open-cut replacement of approximately 879 linear feet of 12-inch & 15-inch gravity sewer, four (4) 4-foot diameter manholes, one (1) 5-foot diameter manhole, appurtenances, and incidental work. Also, to be considered in the contract are three (3) additive alternates for additional installation of approximately 2,400 LF of 8-inch & 12-inch cured-in-place pipe, 488 LF of 8-inch pipe bursting, manhole rehab, and service laterals, appurtenances, and incidental work.
