Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deschutes County is requesting bids for construction services for the removal, disposal, and installation of HVAC equipment. Remove existing multi-zone unit from mechanical space this requires existing air handler equipment to be dismantled. Remove existing boiler and cap the flu. Remove all associated controls and hot water piping. Extend gas piping up into the mechanical space per the isometric drawing. Completely clean any duct being reused. Remove condensing unit serving the multi-zone unit and all associated refrigeration piping. Provide concrete housekeeping pad and 6” snow legs with 4” extensions and install new condensing unit in the vicinity of the previous unit. All controls wiring shall be in conduit. Label all pieces of equipment matching the schedule. Include Distech BACnet/IP controllers. Contractor shall balance the system to within 10% of design quantities. Other work as detailed in Engineered drawings. Provide alternate pricing for heat pump dual fuel systems.
