Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Genoa is accepting quotes for exterior painting of the Genoa Community Church located at 182 Nixon Street, Genoa NV 89411. • The entire building must be pressure washed • A detailed prep of the exterior, including the covering of all windows, concrete, roof shingles, etc. • Caulk any open, cracked or split joints • All wood rot or damaged wood must be identified and replaced prior to painting • All exterior wood, including the handrails front and side of building, must be scrapped as needed. This is to include the fascia, soffit and entire exterior of the building • A quality primer must be applied to all wood as necessary • All exterior doors must be sanded and prepped to be sprayed with an airless sprayer with 2 coats of the highest quality exterior paint (Sherwin-Williams “Emerald” or equivalent) • The exterior body and trim will then be sprayed and/or rolled with 2 coats of the same quality paint to fully cure and be applied to all crevices of the exterior body • All gutters will be sanded and sprayed with a factory finish • Warranty of work must be clearly documented on qoute
