Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Upon submission of their bid, vendors shall be in agreement with and qualified to perform the work as outlined with all information present, or provided thereafter, within the Bid and Contract Documents (Event 2354 - 2024 Little Rock Marathon Shirts) sections of this solicitation. B. The vendor shall provide high-quality shirts with the exact specifications in the agreed upon timeframe. C. The vendor shall state the brand/manufacturer and manufacturer’s item number of the shirt when bidding. D. The vendor shall provide continued contact throughout the design and production process to help alleviate any last-minute issues. E. The artwork shall be applied to the garment via screen print process. No other application method with be accepted. F. The City shall provide the artwork to the successful vendor. G. The vendor shall provide a proof of each kind of shirt and sample of their product upon request from the city. H. The vendor shall work with the City of Little Rock Marathon representative on all design changes. The City shall provide approval of the final design before production can commence. Item Details: a. Shirts must be a technical wicking shirt. b. Shirts must be the quality of the Team 365 (mfg. #TT11YLYouth Sizes & #TT11 Adult Sizes) or equal. c. Shirt sizes must range from Youth Small to Adult 3XLarge. d. Fabric specifications must be: i. 100% Polyester 3.8 oz ii. Breathable, moisture-management interlock fabric iii. UV sun protection e. Participant shirts shall have a three (3) color design on the front and no print on the back. f. Some volunteer shirts will have a one (1) color design on the back or sleeve (see details in section 3.3)
