Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary goal of this solicitation is to contract with a consultant to provide comprehensive Power BI user training to the defined cohort of staff, that includes, but is not limited to, content focused on: o Power BI Overview and Purpose o Navigating Within Power BI o Uploading Data o Transforming Data o Building Reports and Dashboards o Data storage and care o Data privacy and security within the context of the MN Government Data Practices Act; o Report sharing and access Training is expected to be “hands-on” and interactive and should include use cases for government data and programs, preferably relevant to public human services programs and services. Upon completion of the training, staff participants should have confidence in their ability to open Power BI, navigate within Power BI, import data, transform data, build and share reports and dashboards. Additionally, staff who complete training should have a solid understanding of how to use Power BI in ways that comply with applicable Federal, State, and County data privacy and security laws, rules, and regulations.
