This solicitation is to provide services for planting bare root tree seedlings on Wendell H. Ford Regional Training Center (WHFRTC), Muhlenberg County, KY. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment (including safety equipment), tools, transportation, supervisions, and perform all work required to hand plant 77 thousand bare root seedlings on 110 acres (+-) in accordance with the specifications and provisions of this scope of work (SOW). These equal planting 700 seedlings per acre. Seedlings are of a mixed variety and will be provided through the Kentucky Army National Guard Environmental Department.
