Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CONTRACTOR shall provide services to complete the Project Assignments including, but not limited to the following: 1. Provide bridge inspection and design consultant services for bridges and other related State of Hawaii Bridge Inspection Program (HDOTBIP) services. 2. Services are for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) 23 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 350 and in accordance with the HDOTBIP. 3. Inspection services shall include but not be limited to Initial, Routine, Fracture Critical, Underwater, In-depth, and Post Event inspections. 4. Design related services including load rating calculations, hydraulic analyses, environmental clearances, surveying, design and post-design services for the repair of defects discovered during inspection. 5. Prepare related reports for inspection services and design services provided, such as Bridge Inspection Reports, Load Rating Reports, Scour Evaluation Reports, Scour Critical Bridge Plan of Action Reports, plans, specifications, and estimates for the repair of damage and/or deterioration encountered during inspections.
