Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Design, map, and layout an 18-hole disc golf course with 6 alternate pin positions conducive for hosting professional level tournaments and allowing daily play for recreation. The course must adhere to the standards set by the Professional Disc Golf Association. 2) Clear, excavate, and landscape to create tee areas, trails, fairways, and target areas in wooded, open, and hilly terrain. Finished grade must be smooth and accessible with mowers. Positive drainage of course is required. 3) Construct 18 - 6’x12’ concrete or artificial turf tee pads where inaccessible by concrete trucks. 4) Furnish and install 25 professional grade targets approved by the Professional Disc Golf Association for the A Tier and higher events (minimum of 28 chains). 5) Furnish and install signage for tee area, targets, and a course information kiosk. 6) Project manager oversite during all stages of construction will be required
