Proposers’ ability to provide tailored solutions to meet Agency's unique needs, and commitment to collaboration and transparent communication, is also crucial. The Services sought under this RFP will play a role in supporting ROW’s mission by effectively managing Agency's property assets, which are essential components of the transportation infrastructure. Proposer response should align with ODOT's broader mission and objectives. The Services sought under this RFP are for certain parcels of real property managed by ROW. With the exception of ancillary improvements or fixtures on some of the parcels of real property, the real property is unimproved.
