A new enclosure entry space of curtainwall to the east for visitors and reception. Systems include new HVAC system to accommodate the addition and interior renovations, addition of a building fire alarm system. Electrical, Data, and plumbing modifications to accommodate the building addition and interior renovations. Site work includes new sidewalks, rework of potion of asphalt drive, lower level canopy structure, grave locator canopy structure at entry, and a new condensing unit pad.
