Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide landscape maintenance services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Contract. Work frequency may be emergency, project-related, regular grounds and landscape maintenance services or any combination. Work is on CITY property and right-of-way. Contractor will provide in connection with the Work the standard of care, skill, and diligence normally provided by a contractor in the performance of similar Work and warrants that all such Work shall be performed in accordance with sound and accepted industry standards and practices.
