Specifications include, but are not limited to: The offeror shall be readily available to perform the followinglegal services as requested by the executive Director and/or Board of Commissioners:1.Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and leases2.Defend lawsuits, administrative claims and other legal claims3.Advise on response to subpoenas, court orders, and requests for information from third parties4.Review personnel, fiscal and other policies, as well as governed entity by-laws5.Attend Board of Commissioners and meetings as requested and/or as necessary6.Advise on grant and contract issues7.Advise on individual/union labor and employment matters8.Conduct litigation as necessary9.Other legal services as needed
