Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Nevada Department of Transportation (DEPARTMENT) is seeking firm(s) to provide statewide signals, lighting, Intelligent Transportation Systems (SLI), and electrical systems maintenance activities for the DEPARTMENT’s statewide SLI facilities. These activities must be provided in alignment with the DEPARTMENT’s Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) requirements and the Traffic Operations Division Maintenance Asset Management Plan (MAMP). In addition, all maintenance, performance measurement, and performance reporting activities must comply with the following: - Overall system performance measures set within the TSMO Program Plan - Program and asset level performance management processes, tools, measures, roles/responsibilities, and criteria/metrics set within the TSMO Performance Management Program Plan - Level of service, criteria/metrics, asset tracking, asset life cycle, and maintenance activities’ requirements set within the MAMP.
