Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Asphalt Emulsion: The contractor is required to supply approximately 630 tons of asphalt emulsion. The quality and specifications of the emulsion should be such that it meets the needs of the road conditions and chips that the County will provide. Contractors must provide detailed information on the type of emulsion they will supply, including its composition, performance characteristics, and any relevant certifications or standards it meets. • Distributor Truck: The contractor must provide a distributor truck and experienced driver suitable for the application of the asphalt emulsion. The truck should be in good working condition and meet all safety and operational standards. • Scheduling: Proposals must include potential dates for the availability of the distributor truck. Contractors should outline their proposed schedule for delivery and application of the asphalt emulsion. • Compliance: All work must comply with local, state, and federal road work and safety standards regulations.
