Specifications include, but are not limited to: CHFA is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide executive leadership coaching for one or more members of its Executive Leadership Team, which consists of up to eight individuals leading different business units and areas within CHFA. The selected firm should be able to provide one or more of the following, as determined to be most effective after consultation with CHFA’s Chief Executive Officer: • individual one-on-one coaching to help improve self-awareness, communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership effectiveness. - 2 - • team development coaching to help individual executives recognize the importance of building interdependent relationships and create alignments to achieve common goals. Areas of focus for team development would be determined in consultation with CHFA’s CEO, but may include change leadership, cultural transformation, and elevating leadership capabilities. The coaching should help to transform relationships with colleagues and direct reports and make lasting behavioral changes where necessary.
