Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of upgrades to the exhibit hall electrical distribution system including replacement of two 2,000 amp distribution boards, addition of two 500 kVA transformers, and the addition of two 1,600 amp distribution boards. The expanded distribution system will provide power for a new 30 amp receptacle in each of the exhibit hall’s 141 floor boxes. Four 200 amp and four 400 amp pullboxes will be installed in the exhibit hall ceiling space making provisions for temporary cable connections to serve exhibitor booths. The project also includes replacement of three roof mounted 75 kVA transformers and the addition of a 15-ton HVAC unit to condition the existing main electrical room which is located in the parking garage below the exhibit hall.
