Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking applications for the Gambling Awareness Program. The purpose of this program is: • To support the development and provision of a contemporary educational awareness campaign in multimedia formats on Gambling Disorders for multiple audiences. • Promote evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery of Gambling Disorder for multiple audiences through trainings including an annual conference that rotates location in all 5 Wisconsin Department of Health Service regions and meets International Gambling Counselor Certification (IGCC). • Maintain a 24-hour help line providing resources, crisis intervention, and referral. • Promote early identification and appropriate referrals for individuals at risk for or exhibiting behavioral attributes of Gambling Disorder.
