Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish and install the specified equipment on each UTV. The vehicles shall be fully operational at time of delivery. All necessary shop supplies, fabrication, and labor shall be provided. Any bracket fabrication for equipment integration is the responsibility of the Contractor. Prior to issuance of the Notice-toProceed. The Contractor shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge to go over equipment placement, switching, and safety requirements. This shall be done prior to ordering equipment during an informal prebuild meeting that the Contractor will coordinate with the Officer-in-Charge. Upon completion of the first vehicle, a post installation meeting shall be conducted at the installer’s location. The objective is to make any adjustments necessary prior to completion of all vehicles. Special focus will be on the vehicles readiness when on emergency notice call out after acceptance and placement in service. The Contractor shall minimize parasitic amperage draw to avoid low voltage battery issues.
