Specifications include, but are not limited to: In late 2023, Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) conducted a user research project with the help of an outside communications and marketing firm. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified vendor who will build on that research and discovery to redesign our public website as further described in this RFP. We will provide our design and build partner with the findings from that research, including a content audit, survey data report, interview quotes and findings, and content strategy recommendations. The selected provider must manage the discovery, strategy, design, build, migration/implementation of content, and launch phases under the direction of GGC’s Communications team.
