Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services will be finalized after a consultant is selected; services will generally include: Design Consultant Services: Roadway corridor strip topographic survey. Right of way survey. Subsurface investigation and pavement design if necessary. Utility impact determination and relocation if necessary. Environmental assessments. Roadway and trail construction document preparation conforming with Park City standards. Creation of technical specifications, special provisions, quantities, and a bid form. Federal, State, and Local permitting. Bidding Services: Prepare bid documents. Attend prebid meeting. Provide bidding assistance to PCMC, including responding to RFIs, plan modifications, addenda coordination, bid evaluation, and recommendation of award. Construction Management: Attend weekly construction coordination meetings. Review and make recommendations on change orders. Provide construction staking services. Coordinate geotechnical services with the contractor to include compaction, materials testing, and other items deemed necessary. Submittal review and approval. Project closeout. Preparation of record drawings to include utility as-builts.
