Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1. Parcel 7-12425, Residential Guest House 2.2.1.1. This parcel contains a masonry guest house approximately 811 sq. ft. on concrete slab. Demolition consists of the masonry guest house, and removal of fencing connected to the house. All other fencing, corrals, sheds, miscellaneous fencing, trees, bushes and shrubs shall remain. 2.2.2. Parcel 7-12544, Residential House and Property 2.2.2.1. This parcel contains a residential house approximately 1,568 sq. ft. on concrete slab. Demolition consists of accessory structures including storage shed, carport, horse corrals, and all miscellaneous fencing, concrete, asphalt, trees, bushes, and shrubs on a 2.05 acre parcel. 2.2.3. The Department will have asbestos testing and abatement completed prior to any demolition. The Department will share the complete asbestos-containing material survey report upon request and it will be provided to the Contractor upon any subsequent contract award.
