Specifications include, but are not limited to: Washoe County Regional Parks and Open Space is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to the County to update the Rancho San Rafael Regional Park Master Plan. This Master Plan Update will drive Washoe County’s long-range goals, policies and guidelines and prioritize strategies based on current and future funding scenarios toward a clearly defined vision for Rancho San Rafael Regional Park. The Master Plan that will be created from this work will be a guiding document for future development and redevelopment of the park, its facilities, open space management, accessibility, recreation programming, and amenities over the next 10-20 years.
