Specifications include, but are not limited to: CSN invites interested parties to submit a proposal for product(s) that will provide the college the following: an application system for college users for various Faculty/Staff and student populations (i.e. recent high school graduates, transfer students from other higher education institutions, international student populations, etc.) that operates in a fully hosted cloud-based environment; an ECP system with a record of higher education implementation; and a cloud based platform upon which a ECP and related applications specifically for higher education can be built (i.e. Document storage/retention/ Data Security compliance/ Self-service digital form creation and workflow management for various business lifecycle use cases for Admissions , Records and Enrollment, Faculty progression and management, Student Financial Aid, Finance Accounts Payable, Registrar forms, Grant management, Records management, Human Resources, Procurement, student/faculty/staff/alumni communications, tracking, data, events, etc.).The system should allow users to utilize legally binding electronic signatures. CSN will consider proposals for a single solution which can meet all requirements detailed in this RFP, or a solution which uses modules, bolt on’s, third party software/service, or other collaborative approaches. Proposers must be familiar with the unique needs of CSN, understanding that they have a large pipeline of potential students, and a large population of admitted students that are managed collaboratively between various units and departments. The ECP System must be able to provide full student lifecycle tracking and management including student self-service for Financial Aid, admissions and records, registrar functionality with seamless integration with the college’s CRM system for funnel management into course enrollment, retention/persistence, graduation/completion, and alumni relations.
