Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A 20-horespower recycle baler having a power unit of 3 phase / 480 Volts. • Main motor must be at least 20 Horsepower, 208/230/575 volt, 3 phase, 60 Cycle. • Must have at least a 48 Gallon-per-minute piston pump. • All grease points accessible from the outside. • Adjustable shear blade that’s reversible. • Top load opening at least 54” L x 48” W. • The conveyor must be at least 52” wide. • Pit plates must be included. • Must have an operator interface installed. • Must produce a bale of 60” long x 30” high with a variable width of 38”-51”. • Heavy duty oil cooler. • Electric-eye auto-actuation system. • Must be a two-ram baling system. The Following accessories are required for the baler package: Accent 470 wire-tie system and a conveyor with at least a 52” wide clear material path.
