Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendor must have experience in providing similar services involving institutions of higher learning. Vendor must submit a description of the Vendor’s experience performing services similar in type and magnitude to the subject of this RFP. 2. Vendor must submit information detailing Vendor’s ability to perform the contract, including a firm resume, and a description of the resources available to Vendor to perform the contract. 3. Vendor must provide a list of at least three clients for whom Vendor has performed similar services. Vendor must submit contact information for those clients, as they may be contacted by SOU for an evaluation and assessment of Vendor’s performance. 4. Vendor should facilitate all communications between vendor, students, and the professors. 5. WCAG 2.0 compliance will be especially important with this vendor. Platform should integrate with Zoom and Moodle for Communication Access Realtime Translation (“CART”) and Video Remote Interpreting (“VRI”). Preferred feature-Platform will integrate with Accessible Information Management system (AIM). 6. Platform should be compatible with smart phones, tablets, and Chromebooks. 7. The need for services will fluctuate throughout the year and may change unexpectedly (i.e. COVID); as such, pricing plans provided must be based on usage. 8. Preferred service: VRI on-demand options, such as Scheduled Video Interpreting or VRI on-demand, with 15-20 minute response time.
