Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and and other incidental work for: performing seismic retrofitting of the elevated water storage tank including coatings. The aviation light is to remain operational during the entirety of the project. Furthermore, this project includes the construction of new filter reclaim system including four (4) reclaim pumps & 150K steel welded storage tank, modification of the control building & miscellaneous piping modifications, demolition of the existing backwash storage tank and other features. All this work shall include but not limited to all associated piping, valves, site electrical, controls, instrumentation, permits, security, purchase and installation of pumps and motors, paving and grading, and other appurtenances, tests and or work as necessary for a working elevated treated water storage tank & filter backwash reclaim system. The work shall be accomplished within the project boundaries as shown or described on the Contract Drawings.
