Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Victorville is looking to remodel the Green Tree Golf Course Clubhouse to accommodate the relocation of the main public library to a more centralized and modern location, which will provide additional stacking space and library amenities to bring the City closer to achieving the goals set within its recently adopted Library Master Plan. This renovation and expansion will include a conversion of the existing clubhouse building to the City’s main library by remodeling close to 14,865 square feet and adding an additional 5,000 square feet, which will serve as the children’s library, for a total project of 19,865 square feet, along with updating the restrooms and accessibility improvements.
